We have tiered our service rates to fit your business model and to help create an equipment support ecosystem that ensures reliability and consistency for your coffee business. For all service tiers our regular hourly service times are 9a to 4p, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours rates are 1.5x. Holiday rates are 2x. All scheduled install and preventative services are billed at regular hourly rates. We bill 1 hour minimum with 15 minute increments after that for both round-trip travel and site labor. Unless specifically noted at time of inquiry, all technicians are dispatched out of Stoughton, WI.

Sales & Service
$115/hr is our regular hourly rate for those clients that have purchased new or rebuilt equipment from Caliber. At this tier the freight, storage, bench testing, installation, calibration and basic training are included in the equipment purchase. We will also be the liaison between you and your architect/contractors to ensure proper site preparation. Your hourly rate will be for emergency and/or preventative services and you agree to at least 2 manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance visits per year. Same day service charges are waived and priority dispatching are a part this tier. After hours support is available at 1.5x.

Service & Support
$150/hr is our regular hourly rate for those clients that have a machine that is over 13 months old but have already purchased it from a 3rd party and/or installed it. The machine must be among the models that we sell and actively support. We require at least two manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance visits per year. Same-day service is not gauranteed.

Service
$225/hr is our regular hourly rate for new equipment support (sold by 3rd party) and/or those clients that have a specific need and call for service but have not purchased the equipment from Caliber and do not have any ongoing service plan for the equipment with Caliber. We are happy to help during regular business hours only and don’t guarantee same day service. We are not responsible for the warranty of this equipment. While we work on many manufacturers’ machines we may or may not decline service depending on the specific make/model of the equipment.
