When it fails, you count on Caliber to be there when you call and help get it back up and brewing. To do that, we must run a sustainable operation that can meet your demands for uptime. We refer to this as the equipment ecosystem. The manufacturer makes a machine and establishes a support system for parts and training. Caliber establishes a sales channel and technical support business with a relationship with the manufacturer to properly install, maintain and repair your machine to a very high standard. You create a coffee business that uses this equipment to brew coffee and serve to your customers. In the end, each part of this ecosystem relies on the other to sustain itself. To uphold this I discount services to clients who purchase their equipment from us and choose to exercise regular maintenance on it. I only sell equipment that I can support, stock parts, and repair at a high level. This creates greater stability & reliability for your coffee business, which in turn, helps you establish a strong and loyal customer base.
